The duration of a museum visit typically lasts around 1.5 hours, although this can vary depending on the workshop you book.
The main experience at Chocolate Museum Vienna is a one-hour workshop, with the museum visit as an additional component lasting 10-15 minutes to explore each installation. Therefore a ticket includes always both experiences.
To ensure availability, we recommend checking the museum's website and booking tickets online in advance, as the number of visitors is limited due to capacity constraints. While tickets can be purchased at the museum, we cannot guarantee how long spaces will remain available.
Unfortunately, we do not offer ticket reservations over the phone. We recommend booking tickets directly online through our website or in the museum for a convenient and guaranteed reservation.
We are open every day of the year, including holidays.
We are daily open from 10.00-18.00To make reservations for private tours outside of regular working hours, please contact us at info@schokolade-museum.wien.
We recommend utilizing public transportation, specifically the U4 Pilgramgasse metro line, which is located just a 3-minute walk away from the museum.
